We treat a variety of conditions, including sciatica, scoliosis, injuries, and general back pain. Dr. Rossinow has over 20 years of experience treating a wide range of conditions!
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most insurances as we work with a variety of insurance companies. However, because each plan and policy is different, it is best for us to verify your coverage for you. Feel free to contact us to verify your coverage before booking an appointment.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
We ask each new patient to fill-in a confidential patient case history form. We will also ask you for a copy of any insurance policy/card you may hold. After determining the diagnosis, Dr. Rossinow will discuss a customized treatment plan.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
No.
